2. Review & Removal

Upon receipt of a valid complaint, Novira Digital LLC may:

• Investigate the claim
• Restrict access to relevant material
• Suspend involved accounts
• Remove offending content where appropriate

We reserve the right to request additional information before taking action.

3. Repeat Violations

Accounts found repeatedly attempting to infringe intellectual property rights or circumvent platform safeguards may be permanently terminated.

4. No User Media Uploads

Iris AI does not permit:

• User-uploaded images
• User-uploaded videos
• Public content hosting
• Deepfake creation tools

The platform is limited to conversational AI interactions with fictional virtual companions.

5. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated periodically to maintain compliance with applicable law and payment processor requirements.
