Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the platform to generate, request, distribute, or promote:

• Non-consensual sexual content
• Incest scenarios
• Bestiality or animal-related sexual content
• Deepfake or impersonation content
• Celebrity sexual simulations
• Violence, torture, or exploitation
• Self-harm encouragement
• Hate speech or harassment
• Illegal activity or criminal instruction

Any attempt to circumvent platform safeguards or moderation systems may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.

Content Moderation Rights

Novira Digital LLC reserves the right to:

• Monitor platform activity
• Review conversations for compliance purposes
• Remove prohibited content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Cooperate with lawful requests from authorities

Where necessary to enforce platform safety, legal compliance, or payment processor requirements.

Entertainment Purposes Only

The platform is provided for entertainment and companionship purposes only. AI-generated conversations do not constitute:

• Medical advice or diagnosis
• Psychiatric advice or treatment
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Crisis counseling
• Emergency services

Users should seek qualified professionals for real-world professional assistance.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must NOT:

• Engage in or request any illegal content
• Involve or reference minors in any way
• Request non-consensual, exploitative, or abusive scenarios
• Attempt to generate harmful or prohibited content
• Use the Service for harassment or abuse

Payments and Billing

By purchasing access or subscriptions:

• You agree to all pricing displayed at checkout
• You authorize recurring charges (if applicable)
• You are responsible for managing your subscription

Refunds

Copyright & Intellectual Property
